REFORMER
LEVEL 1

You’ll learn intermediate movements and variations that enhance flexibility, control, and body awareness, all in a supportive environment.

This class is ideal for those ready to progress beyond the basics but not yet ready for advanced work.

Prerequisite: We recommend completing at least 5 Foundations or prior pilates experience is recommended.
